  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Damaged products, including those caused by misuse or mishandling, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds and Compensation:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we offer the following options for compensation:

Exchange: We are happy to exchange the returned item for another product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

Coupon: If you prefer, we can issue a coupon or store credit for the purchase amount, which can be used towards future purchases.


Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance.


Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. However, if the returned item is not in its original condition or has missing parts, we may apply a restocking fee at our discretion.

Return Instructions:

Once you have received the return authorization number, carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.


Refund Processing:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund, exchange, or issue a coupon/store credit within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method or in the form of store credit, as per your preference.
