Faster Access to System Occurrences

Daily report e-mails containing summary information about the health status of your machines, the connection status of your devices, machines that have received alarms and reports waiting to be evaluated have been added to the system, allowing users to receive a summary of the situations in which they need to take action.

The option to receive Daily Report e-mails (shown with number 1) can be activated or deactivated according to user preference from the Notification Preferences area in Settings.

When you first enter the machine page, the Machine History Panel Chat tab (shown with number 2) is open. This tab is the section where the warning cards for each monitored sensor point in the machine are occurred and the messages of the users in the facility are placed according to the time flow.

It is enough to click on the Pending tab (shown with number 3) to quickly filter only the warning cards that have not been answered, that is, are in the waiting status. In this tab, all unanswered warning types can be filtered and viewed in a way that they are sorted from the oldest to the newest. If desired, the desired type of warnings can be easily viewed by clicking on the Filter button.

All cards belonging to the machine, which have been seen by users since the first date the data was tracked, can be accessed by clicking on the Seen tab (shown with number 4).
