Predicting RPM From Sensor Data

In order to make the equipment work more efficiently and reduce maintenance costs, an RPM estimation module has been developed on our platform. In this way, more detailed information about the operating status of the equipment is obtained and proactive management of possible problems is supported.

If the RPM Prediction Module is active on the sensor location, the RPM estimate, which is a data belonging to the measurement taken, is automatically added to the RPM entry field (shown with number 2) on the Signal Toolbox screen. In the RPM entry field, both the RPM estimate can be displayed according to the selected measurement and the desired RPM value can be entered in either RPM or hertz units through the same field.
